Small Business of the Month
Since becoming your MP for Crewe and Nantwich, I’ve been on a mission to champion the independent businesses that make our towns thrive. As part of that ongoing commitment, at the end of each month I present a Small Business of the Month award to one of the enterprises nominated by you.
These awards are themed around small business excellence in Crewe and Nantwich. The primary aim is to recognise and celebrate outstanding small businesses in our area, building community engagement and promoting local economic growth.
How it works
Nominations for the Small Business of the Month shortlist are open to the public, and considered on a rolling basis. Each month, a panel, comprising of myself and my staff, will review nominations and select a shortlist of businesses that overachieve in areas such as customer service excellence, innovation in business practices, contribution to the local community, and commitment to sustainability.
We will then open votes to the public, giving voters the chance to select a small business in Crewe and Nantwich that you think goes the extra mile. The winner will be announced on the last Monday of each month.
